FAQ’s

Our warranty only covers defects not natural disasters.
All returns must be made within 30 days from the day of purchase. All items must be accompanied by sales receipt, and be in original package. Our 30 day return policy excludes: All air conditioners, heaters, fans, and humidifiers (all seasonal items). No returns on personal hygiene products and vacuums if used.

To get your warranty replacement, follow the simple steps below:
Before shipping any returns, please contact us at contact@kandmhousewares.com, subject write “returns” and in the body of your email include a copy of your receipt. We’ll follow up and let you know what to do or you can also drop by the store. If you decide to ship your product, be sure to include your return mailing address, email address, phone number, copy of receipt and all original packaging. Always ship your product using a trackable means, ship or mail the claim to:

Including all of the information specified above it will help ensure a prompt processing of your claim.

You’ll need to take care of the shipping costs for shipping it to us. K&M will pay the (tracking included) costs for shipping your replacement (U.S. only). K&M can’t be responsible for lost or missing packages. K&M is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to K&M.

Once K&M receives your warranty claim, we will evaluate it (typically within 7-10 business days of receipt) to determine whether the returned Product does not conform to the limited warranty. If K&M determines that there is a warranted defect in the Product, K&M will, at its option, remedy the defect as set forth in the limited warranty. We’ll email you a Sales Order Number once we process your claim. Keep that number handy for your reference, and allow 3-5 days for delivery.

I’m not satisfied with my purchase. How can I get a refund?
If you purchased a product directly from K&M or K&M websites, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied for any reason. K&M will refund the amount paid for the returned product minus any domestic shipping fees. Please remember to include all original packaging, info, manuals and a copy of your receipt. Product should be in the same condition it was sold.

Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of the original order for a refund. K&M is not responsible for returns shipping cost. Once K&M receives your return we will process your refund and email you a credit memo confirmation. Upon receipt of the credit memo confirmation email, please allow an additional 3-5 days before the funds are posted back to the credit card used for the purchase.

I bought the wrong color. Do you do exchanges?
We do exchanges if product hasn’t been used and it’s cover with our 30 days warranty. No exchanges on personal hygiene products or vacuums.

Can I order internationally?
Sorry, in the meantime we don’t ship internationally.
